Take your twist, bringing your upper left arm to the sole of your left foot. Again, this hook should feel stable! Slowly lower both hands flat to the floor, with the fingers pointing in the same direction the toes are pointing in. Stay here for a few breaths, playing with picking your right foot off of the floor.3. Lean more into your hands, engage your core, and FLY! Of course, don’t forget to keep that breath going! {
